Instruction
1. Organization
V Otepää GP organizes Otepää Cycling Club according to these instructions. The competition will take place on Saturday, April 23, 2022. Starting at Pühajärve Basic School, on Kääriku road and light traffic road as group rides.
2. Participants, distances
2.1 NM10; NM12; 2 laps 7.4 km, group ride
2.2 M14, N16 6 laps, 22.1 km, group ride
2.3, NJ, NE, Nsport, NH rider 8 laps 29,6 km, group race
2.4 M16 9 laps, 33,3 km group run
2.5 MJ, MU, M, Msen1-4; 15 laps 55,5 km, group ride

3. Competition center
The competition center is in the parking lot of Pühajärve school. Representatives of the teams will receive the numbers and start materials of the competitors between 10:00 and 10:40. The meeting of the team representatives with the participation of the members of the judges will take place on April 23 at 11:00.
4. Management
The costs of the competitors and representatives will be borne by the sending organization.

6. Registration
Pre-registration will take place on the basis of EJL's official assignment form at andri.lebedev@gmail.com until 20.04.202. Or at this link.
The mandate is in the secretariat of the competition from 10.20 to 10.40
Competition numbers must be returned to the secretariat after the race. In case of an unreturned number, a contractual penalty of 5 euros applies.
7. Rewarding.
The winner of each start will be awarded a trophy and the first three prizes. Best prize in the age group.
In the third and fifth starts, the prizes for the first three are cashed. The total prize fund is 300 €
8. Neutral assistance
Escorts are not allowed on the track. Stationary neutral assistance points are in 1 place.
9. Medical assistance
First aid will be provided to competitors at the start-finish point.
10. Penalties: Penalties will be applied in accordance with the UCI regulations.
11. Parking .: The parking of the team buses is on the territory of Pühajärve school. NB Parking is not allowed on the stadium grass. Parking for parents and spectators is on the Sihva-Vidrike gravel road or on the side of the old roller coaster track (Sports Road). We recommend moving along the Sports Road during the competition.
